Made strictly with our mother dough, it matures slowly and naturally to produce a pizza that is light and delicious. We select only the best Italian products for our toppings, revealing the flavours of our region, using the classic ingredients and some creative ones, lastly cooking it in a wood fired oven to give it an exceptional aroma.
